I love this game! Both the app and the board game are great. But please, give at least in the app the option to play the game with the old design. I would love the same for the board game too! :-)

This App is really well done. If you own a copy of the board game version you know how addictive this gane can be. Well done!

simple and strategic

Addictive, but the Steel Police bug hasnt been fixed yet.... when the AI is destroyed the Steel Police stay in play!

I first wrote a review of this last year and since then there have been 6 new armies released! This really is my favorite strategy game on iOS and Ive been playing it regularly for nearly three years. There are a couple little bugs in the new release but Ive always been impressed with how quickly the game is patched and how great the new content is. If you dont have this game, go get it. Challenging strategy, strong AI opponents and a good multiplayer system. PS -- when can we expect Neuroshima Hex Puzzle to get the new armies? :)

the latest version keep crushing on 5S

Before the October 29 update, I had all the DLC armies installed. After updating and buying one of the new armies, I had none installed. Attempting to restore in-app purchases restores 2-3, but not all of them. Attempting to restore _again_ revokes access to those and randomly restores access to another 2-3. Not happy!

I lost all my expensions when i have download the new updates !!

This game is a must for everybody who have an iPad, friends, and do love board games. Probably one of the most well balanced games in strategy and tactics since chess. It does all that without too much pretentious complexity that often kill the playful mood in tactics or war games. Neuroshima Hex is part poker, part puzzle, part chess, part tactics. Rules are easy to learn and the possibility are damn near infinite. There is a team for every style of play you could imagine and more are coming. Most games that try to go that way usually end up creating unbalanced units... Not them. Basic team still holds up pretty well for players that do try to learn the subtleties. As for the element of luck, it keeps the challenges going even between unbalanced players. As for the programmer themselves, the team is up for the challenge to correct bugs when updates do happens. It just happened with the last version and 48 hours later, I was playing again. There is still a few crashes (one per game is not surprising), but nothing is lost and you can continue to play by simply resuming the game via the application menu. In the worst case, youll have only to redo the last turn. I also hear that this only happens on older generation of iPad. (None of my other players have this issue. But I also have a pretty old iPad.)

Could use a more complex multiplayer system though (leagues and tournaments).

This game is super awesome. My only qualm is that it keeps freezing when I try to get info on the playing pieces. Luckily, I can restart the game and resume right where I left off. It is a little bit inconvenient though.

Awesome strategy game, but even if its pricey at first, you still have to pay a lot more to get new armies or ruin yourself paying for a 5 army bundle. It may be not a lot, but its enough for me not to encourage this game.

I love the UI! The way you manipulate objects is really well made! Graphics are top notch and the game itself is a fast paced boardgame battle... Love the concept and all and is a definite 5 star here! On the other hand multiplayer is laggy and servers never connect. 3 stars final review.

Very fun and addictive strategy game

Fun game but losing 1 star b/c although rare the game does crash sometimes (but the game saves as you go so you can close and reopen app and click resume game) and I find the interface for looking up card or tile info a bit clunky, and also sometimes the game seems to forget to show some bonuses some tiles are getting due to being next to specific other tiles but does take them into account when calculating results... It sometimes just does not show u the bonus visually during setup before action phase so sometimes hard to plan accordingly but this only happens rarely. Overall good game.

Just as good as the board game.

This game was great. Takes a while to get a hang of it but worth it.

Just love it. Havent bought the extensions yet, both still cool with out them.

Played a couple of years ago solo and now playing with friends as well.

Wow just freaking wow this game is still the bomb !!! 2014 :)
